General

Subject always to law, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Quotes are valid for 30 days barring errors.

Terms of Payment

For custom furniture orders, a 50% deposit is required upon submitting your order. The balance is required to be paid in full prior to your item/s being dispatch or picked up from our Workshop.

By accessing and using this site, you acknowledge that information available on this site is for information and illustrative purposes only and may not be accurate, complete or current. Images on the site may not necessarily reflect the subject of the image, and may be impacted by a number of factors including by the device you use to access the site and device settings.

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Workshop 24 and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Governing Law

These Terms and conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

Special Offers

Terms and conditions for all promotions, competitions and special offers are published on this page. All start/end times published are at the local Melbourne Time (AEDT).

Promotional Codes

Promotional Codes are only applicable to the cost of products and are not applicable on shipping costs unless explicitly specified. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions or promotional codes. Workshop 24 reserves the right to verify the validity of any order and may at its sole discretion cancel orders or refuse to fulfil orders where the promotional offer has been claimed by a non-qualifying customer or member. Additional conditions of use may apply and will be communicated by Workshop 24.

Referral Credits

Referral credits can be obtained by referring another using of different email and IP address. Workshop 24 reserves the full right to remove promotional credit it from an account, or cancel an order made from credits, if it feels the credits have not been genuinely earned.

Changes / Cancellations to Orders

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement by contacting Workshop 24.

Delivery Time

We will provide you with an estimated date upon placement of your order. Delays do not constitute a breach of contract and Workshop 24 is not liable or responsible for any disruptions or costs incurred.

Free Delivery

The free delivery applies to specific postcodes deemed by us.

Returns on orders who are eligible for free delivery may incur a return or refund fee for change of mind returns. If returning an item, where no delivery fee was paid on the order, the return delivery fee, which is subtracted from the refund amount, is calculated as 10% of the product price.

This offer does not apply to items out of stock at the time of purchase. Workshop 24 reserves the right to end this offer at its sole discretion and to verify the validity of the offer and may at its sole discretion cancel orders or refuse to fulfil orders.

Natural Timber Variations

A natural feature of solid timber is the varying colours, grains and textures. Splits and cracks may develop as it responds to the
environment and these are not to be considered a fault or flaw and will not compromise the construction of any furniture we make.

Workshop 24 has the right to refuse refunds, reorders and/or free repairs if Workshop 24 deems it to be related to natural timber variations.

Storage

If the Purchaser requests that an order be held or delayed this shall incur a weekly fee of 1% of the total value of the goods or $100
whichever is greater.
