Returns and Refunds

Final Sale Policy

Please choose carefully as all sales are final. Customers are entitled to carry out their own quality assurance checks. Customers who choose not to complete their own quality assurance checks will not be entitled to a refund.

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing parts, please contact us immediately. You have 30 days from receiving your item/s to get in touch with us.

If you decide to arrange your own courier, Workshop 24 take no responsibility for any damages once the item/s have left our workshop, including but not limited to transferring the item/s in and out of vehicles and during transportation.

This return policy is in addition to any rights you may have under an applicable statute including your rights under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (ACL).
